At EternalPerfumeOils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrance oils.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused perfume oils in their original glass vials and velvet pouches to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
